The Challenge
NeuroElemental needed a platform that could go far beyond a typical personality quiz. The idea — built on over a decade of work with neurodivergent communities and grounded in polyvagal theory and free-trait theory — required a dynamic, living system: a 48-question assessment producing a unique "element blend," daily tools for energy tracking, and a certification pathway for coaches and therapists. The challenge was building something scientifically credible, beautifully designed, and genuinely free to access.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack platform with a multi-step adaptive assessment, a dynamic profile system showing six energy elements across multiple operating modes, and a suite of daily tools (state tracking, energy budget, recovery guides, shadow work). The platform supports professional certification, client toolkits for coaches, and courses on burnout, relationships, and leadership — all without requiring an account to get started.
